Do I really need therapy?

If you feel like “something’s off” or your emotions are interfering with daily life—therapy can help. You don’t need to wait for a crisis.

Friends are wonderful—but therapy offers a neutral, safe space to explore without judgment. It’s not about advice; it’s about insight and tools for lasting clarity.

That’s completely okay. We use creative methods like movement, role play, storytelling, or even silence. You get to choose how you express yourself.

Sessions usually last between 60–90 minutes, but it’s your time—so we adapt based on your needs.

  • Pause Space: Couples and family therapy
  • Bloom Space: Support for individuals and families affected by cancer
  • Unlabel: Therapeutic theatre-based identity workshops for adults
  • RASA: Creative expression workshops for kids and young adults
    (These are offered in person and incorporate therapeutic theatre.)
