“One truth has stood out: most people don’t lack stories they lack safe spaces to share and process them. Too often, our truths especially the hard ones are voiced in rooms not ready to hold them. And that leaves people feeling dismissed, judged, or alone.”
Welcome to Inna House.
We live in a world that celebrates success, speed, and constant evolution. But in the race to keep up, many of us are left processing life’s most personal challenges in isolation. Workplaces prioritize output over well-being, industries often forget empathy, and we find ourselves constantly connected yet increasingly disconnected from what truly matters.
But what if we could choose a different way?
As children, we moved through the world with curiosity, creativity, and courage. We played, we imagined, we explored without hesitation. Somewhere along the way, adulthood asked us to have answers instead of questions. To stay composed rather than vulnerable. To do more, feel less.
Through years of work across mental health, performance, and organizational spaces, one truth has stood out: most people don’t lack stories they lack safe spaces to share and process them. Too often, our truths especially the hard ones are voiced in rooms not ready to hold them. And that leaves people feeling dismissed, judged, or alone.
Inna House was born as a response to that. A space built with care, creative tools, and thoughtful processes designed to invite clarity, expression, and healing. Here, art and awareness come together. You’re encouraged to pause, to listen inward, to access the creativity of your younger self and the discernment of the adult you are today.
This work is deeply personal. It draws from every space I’ve stood in from navigating disability in the halls of NIMHANS as a child, to holding space in classrooms, boardrooms, hospitals, and theatres. One room at a time, this vision has grown and at the heart of it is a belief I return to often:
Clarity begins at home.
And that home is you.
So come as you are. There’s room here to release, to reflect, and to realign.
Let’s make space for self, for story, for something new.
The Inna House collective is a dynamic collaboration of creative professionals, psychotherapists, corporate facilitators, theatre practitioners, yoga instructors, and caregivers each deeply attuned to the nuances of the human experience. With diverse expertise and lived wisdom, every member contributes meaningfully to our shared vision.
We start by understanding your unique needs, carefully selecting the right expert for your personal or organizational goals. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates seamlessly to design engaging, intentional, and innovative programs and workshops. Together, we create transformative experiences, refine best practices, and cultivate safe spaces both in-person and virtually where individuals and communities can learn, unlearn, and grow.
The act of providing a supportive, non-judgmental presence for someone to process emotions.
The idea that the body holds emotional experiences and traumas, often expressed through movement therapy.
Understanding boundaries, personal space, and respectful communication in interpersonal and professional relationships.
Self-reflection practices aimed at understanding emotional patterns, behaviors, and limiting beliefs.
Duality means understanding that there are two parts of everything, like day and night. You need both to make the world work
Observing is when you notice things around you without saying if they’re good or bad. It’s like seeing a rainbow and just enjoying the colors.
Your true self is the real you, the person you are when no one is around. It’s the kind, brave, and creative part of you.
Self-love is being nice to yourself. It’s like being your own best friend and saying kind things to yourself.
